1. About The Table
The Table is a community platform created by WE Mana Ltd, founded by Wyndi and Eli Tagi, to connect and empower purpose-driven business owners. Through The Table app and online community, members can access training, discussions, resources, and business development opportunities.
By joining or using The Table, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Membership & Access
You must be at least 18 years old to join or use The Table.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for behaviour inconsistent with our values of mana, respect, equality, and belonging.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Some parts of The Table are free (“Open Seat”), while others (“Round Table” or “High Table”) are paid tiers.
Subscription fees are charged in NZD unless otherwise stated and processed securely through our payment provider.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with NZ consumer law.
4. Code of Conduct
At The Table, every seat holds mana. By using this platform, you agree to:
Treat others with respect and dignity.
Avoid harassment, hate speech, spam, or self-promotion outside approved spaces.
Protect confidential or sensitive business information shared within the community.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the community.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within The Table (videos, lessons, frameworks, logos, and designs) is owned by WE Mana Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt materials without written permission.
6. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available at:

7. Disclaimer
While we aim to provide accurate, valuable business insights, The Table does not offer financial, legal, or accounting advice.
All actions you take are your responsibility, and results may vary depending on your business and context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WE Mana Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Table or reliance on its content.
